“Garden Room needed a lot of work to stop leaking problem and significant damp. Replacement of flat roof including internal structure and adding insulation and new guttering was done very well. Looks very good. Removing old/damp plasterboard and skimming internal walls and ceiling was done to a high quality, as some old plasterboard was kept and matching the surface was required. Floor height was increased and levelled with insulation and a concrete/screed finish.”
